St William’s Wins Best Affordable Housing Development (Up to £10m) at the Northern Housing Awards

Prima Group and Housing People, Building Communities are delighted to have won Best Affordable Housing Development (Up to £10M) at the Northern Housing Awards last week for our work on the St William's development in Wigan.

Under this scheme, future residents (known as home partners) can work 500 hours of sweat equity to reduce their deposit by £10,000. Buyers can access shared ownership mortgages, making mortgages more accessible and affordable, enabling buyers to aim for 100% ownership in the future.

This award is a testament to the hard work that both organisations, our contractors and the home partners have put into the development so far.
