Prima Group and Housing People Building Communities (HPBC) are working in collaboration to deliver 27 new, affordable homes at the former St William’s RC Church in Ince, Wigan.

After careful consideration, the decision was made to decommission St William’s. However, the creation of a new community ensures that the rich history of St William’s will leave a lasting legacy.

The project is being managed by Housing People, Building Communities and delivered by Prima Group, a housing association based in Liverpool.

Our award-winning approach helps local people get on the property ladder by using 500 hours of sweat equity to reduce their deposit by £10,000.
