St William’s RC Church in Ince closed in 2017 in a shake-up of Roman Catholic provision and has been vacant since.

Now Housing People, Building Communities (HPBC) has been granted planning permission to turn the church and presbytery on Ince Green Lane into 27 affordable homes.

The project is being managed by Housing People, Building Communities and delivered by Prima Group, a housing association based in Liverpool.

Our award-winning approach helps local people get on the property ladder by using 500 hours of sweat equity to reduce their deposit by £10,000.
